Many products can keep a worker’s face safe. Here at The Workers Shop, we sell face socks, which are designed to keep the face protected against the harmful UV rays of the sun. We also have P1 respirators that can protect workers against dust particles due to sanding, sawing, and grinding.
If you only require protecting yourself against dust, you can turn to a dust mask. It has a flexible pad that you put over your mouth and nose. On the other hand, P2 masks, which are also known as N95 masks, can filter out finer particles than P1 covers. They are designed to reduce exposure to poor air quality, such as in the case of bushfires.
If you need to protect your whole face because of the high risk of flying debris, such as during grinding and handling chemicals, you need a full face shield.
