Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience with us. For your protection and peace of mind, here’s our returns and refunds policy in full.

Returning Items Purchased In Store

  • The front entrance to the workers shop Osborne ParkGoods must be unused and in original unopened packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions, manuals and other accompanying materials.
  • A copy of the The Workers Shop invoice or proof of purchase must be attached to all returned goods
  • Refunds will be made in the same way as original payment for the goods
  • Goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Special Order items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee

Returning Items Purchased Online

  • All conditions as per above apply
  • You are more than welcome to return the item/s to our Osborne Park  store if convenient
  • If posting products back, please call The Workers Shop Customer Service on (08) 9443 7973 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The issue of a RAN is at The Workers Shop’s sole discretion
  • Postage of returned goods is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods. In the case of an exchange (wrong size/change of mind), the freight for the correct item being resent is the responsibility of the person or company requesting the exchange.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment, excluding the original delivery charge (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
  • Special Order items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
