This chef coat has a breathable blend of 35% cotton twill and 65% polyester, but still has a decent weight to protect your skin from fire and accidents in a kitchen. This jacket features full-length sleeves and long sides for great coverage. The cuffs have a turn-back design so you can adjust them to your needs. The sides have splits to allow for additional movement. This chef jacket also has a classic Mandarin collar with a tab to hold your apron in place.
